Need to update your account details? Whether you've changed your name, spotted a typo or want to update your password, you can manage your account information at any time from your Life Essentials profile.
Accessing your profile
To manage your account details:
Log in to your Life Essentials account.
From your dashboard, select the circle icon with your initials in the top-right corner.
Select Profile.
From your Profile page, you'll be able to view and manage your account information. Using the menu on the left-hand side, you can access your:
Personal Information
Watch Party details
Change Password settings
Updating your Personal and Watch Party information
To update your personal or watch party details:
Open the section you'd like to edit.
Select the pencil icon.
Make your changes.
Select Save and Continue.
Your updated details will be saved immediately.
Changing your password
To update your password:
Select the Change Password tab.
Enter your current password.
Enter your new password.
Confirm your new password by entering it a second time.
Select Update Password.
Your password will be updated straight away.
Changing your email address
Your email address is linked to your Life Essentials login and cannot currently be changed once your account has been created.
If you'd like to use a different email address, you'll need to create a new Life Essentials account using your preferred email.
