How do I change the website language?

French, English, switch language, display, wrong language

Updated over a year ago

The Alpha website looks for your computer browser language and tries to match the website language for your convenience. Sometimes computers get it wrong--but it's an easy fix!

1 - If you're not yet logged into the MyAlpha website:

Click on the dropdown arrow in the right-hand corner. A list will appear with the language options. This will change the website into a different language. (See image below)

2 - If you're already logged into the MyAlpha website:

Under the logout button, click on the dropdown arrow next to the currently displayed language. It looks like this:

The list of available languages will pop up. Choose the language that you prefer. (example below)

If you need help switching languages, or if this becomes a recurring problem, please let us know! You can contact us using the website chatbox (bottom right-hand corner) or email us at info@alpha.org.au. We'd be happy to help you out!
