To change an email address -
If you would like to have MyAlpha notifications sent to one of your other email addresses, here are the steps below. Please make sure you are the owner of the new email address.
NOTE: Please do not transfer your account to a different person. If a new Alpha leader takes over, s/he can create a new MyAlpha account using their own email address. Feel free to ask us if you have questions about this.
1 - First, log in to MyAlpha and click on 'My account settings' button in the top right-hand corner, then select 'Account details'. See the example below.
2 - Type a new email address, then click 'Update my email address'
3 - Check your email Inbox for the verification email. Click the link in the email to verify you have approved your email address change in MyAlpha. Your email address has now been updated! 👍
